Swan Mill wins FPA's Manufacturer of the Year

Swan Mill Paper Company have won the prestigious 2008 Manufacturer of the Year award at the annual Food Service Packaging Association Awards. The award was judged by the industry which included our regional and national customers. The criteria covered over thirty areas including service, technical capability and customer management. All ratings were out of a possible 5.

 

Deliveries 

Swan Mill's rating was 4.6. This was a massive 27% higher than the industry average.

Consistent High Quality Products

Swan Mill scored 4.9%, 24% higher than the industry average.

Would Recommend Unreservedly

Swan Mill's rating was 4.8, 37% higher than the industry average.

   
Swan Mill's Group Sales and Marketing Director Ian Newton collected the award and said:

"A huge well done to all the staff at Swan Mill for their hard work. With continuous improvement plans in place we are well set to try and retain this award next year.
